Receiving bodywork is a ceremony of returning to yourself. Each session is held with reverence for the deep transformation possible. You will connect with the innate wisdom of your body and deepen your capacity for physical, emotional, and spiritual ease.

Sessions are held in Shelbunre, VT on a 1000+ acre private property. It’s an honor to work at this location and the beautiful land helps hold these sessions with reverence + joy!

Daylong Retreat | $500
Seven hours of rejuvenation, clearing stagnated + stuck patterns, honoring who you are right now, and making space for who you are becoming. On these days, you are my only priority. We start with a guided walk though the labyrinth, move into a bodywork session, break for a nourishing lunch and time to digest, a second bodywork session, and end at the labyrinth once more.

90 minutes of bodywork every month. Each session is tailored for what you need and are moving through.

For anyone touched by birth. This may be your own birth story, your child’s birth, or a birth you witnessed as a birthworker that still lives in your body. I offer a held, nonjudgmental space where the story can be spoken, felt, and met at your own pace. Through guided reflection, somatic support, and therapeutic touch, we gently unwind what remains stored in the nervous system. Together, the experience is integrated and transformed into clarity, grounding, and embodied closure.

Three hours | $250

Sibling doula support allows your children to feel safe, grounded, and cared for while you focus on birthing. Your child is met with patience and respect, supported in their own experience of this powerful family transition. With calm presence and gentle guidance, siblings are invited into the unfolding birth in ways that feel supportive rather than overwhelming. This care helps maintain a steady emotional field in your home during labor. Your birth becomes a shared passage, rooted in connection and trust.

$1500 | includes: One 3 hour prenatal home visit (with some of that being childcare so you can rest, reset, do what you need knowing your child(ren) is cared for), on call for your homebirth or hospital birth, childcare at you home or elsewhere (up to 30 hours, additional hours $30/hr), one 3 hour postpartum visit.

Decadent postpartum care is an invitation for you to be deeply tended to in the weeks after birth. This support centers your body’s wisdom, offering nourishment, rest, and steady presence as you integrate the profound shift into parenthood. Your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs guide each visit, allowing care to unfold naturally rather than by expectation. This is a space where slowing down is not only allowed, but honored. You are meant to be held as you learn your way forward.

The First 40 Days:
One visit per week | $1000
Two visits per week | $1900
Three visits per week | $2500

Visits are 4 hours and will include: Bodywork for you and your baby (if desired), light housekeeping, laundry support, mental + emotional presence in the tender early postpartum weeks.

Add a bodywork session for your partner | $100

Additional hours of household support | $35/hour
