I am taking on birth doula clients through Vermont Doula Company this fall and beyond!  We have folks booking out to March already, so please reach out if you would like support or know anyone who would benefit from the steady and loving presence of a doula at their birth (and we accept insurance!)  

There was such a playfulness to that trip that I am forever grateful for and it was so beautiful to feel her dreams becoming reality ✨

More specifically I’d chosen to go to 6 different yoga studios in Vermont and Guatemala and focus on how the studio space itself impacted the yoga practice. How did our bodies relate to the space? How did we settle into the space? How did the walls (or lack thereof) shift the experience of the class? It was an imperfect study in so many ways, but it guided me to notice the energy spaces themselves hold.

This was life as I knew it. So many of the roots of who I am today were seeds planted on that first trip. I’m not even gonna try to sum up a year’s worth of experiences into this, but am excited to keep sharing snippets
